Muscle Injury that I had

A muscle injury that I once got was during Badminton practices. We were doing warm-ups, such as: practice games. When it was my turn, I was practically struggling to get the birdy. Eventually, I twisted my ankle real badly and pulled the muscle of my ankle. It hurt very much that I told my coach and he told me to sit down. Also, he told me to tie my shoelaces very tight and lay it down. It took approximately like 20 minutes to get better, but it didn't heal completely. It took like 1 or 2 days to completely return back to normal.
